hi jana: just found you via exponent II. am stunned to find another mormon-quaker-feminist-ph.d.-type right here in so cal. warms my heart. glad you survived the fires. i grew up right in the santiago canyon fire zone. will be back to visit your blog. joanna
So do you guys have one (or fifty) of these? I do, but I've never unwrapped it. I think I am over the whole idea of lending out books. (They tend not to come home, and I'm not convinced this would help, even though the OCD in me loves the thought.)

Joanna-
Do stop by again and tell me more about yourself. I'm always excited to meet a kindred soul. :)
omg, now I know where my library went!
Um... for the record, John, I don't think you're getting fat, despite what your wife seems to be implying.
when I mentioned 'lots of a good thing' in reference to John I wasn't referring to his weight :)

the book organization is primarily to know what we have and not to track loans. altho we do have that capability, too :)
Um... for the record, John, I don't think you need a haircut, despite what your wife seems to be implying.
