My new favorite word

One of my students used the following word on one of their Final Exams, perhaps ya'll can help me come up with a good definition for it:
HYPOCRIPSY

Hypocrispy- the state of a food which is neither crispy or soggy but more towards the crispy end without being crispy enough....

(just finished listening to a thingy about hypomania)
