When I was 13, I was struggling to survive, too, so the message of this video resonates with me even though I have no experience with human trafficking. And...I am so pleased to be part of it--you can see me, along with others from Orange County Friends Meeting at 2:12.

Twenty-six years ago I lost my right leg to bone cancer. Awhile ago I had an antibiotic-resistant infection in my lower left leg, and now I'm healing from surgery and feeling better every day.
I like gardening, making history, outrigger canoeing, trying new things, and my afternoon cup of tea.
