I was just remembering my three visits to Louisa. My heroes growing up consisted of strong woman who didn't wield the power of Wonder Woman....but who wielded the power of her pen and taught me to fly.

My Louisa is named for Louisa Greene Richards (founding editor of The Woman's Exponent) and this Louisa. Hoorah for uppity scribbling girls!!!
