The presents are wrapped, the stockings are all full, and I am ready for bed. Deep breath....
What a wonderful season this has been. I can't wait for tomorrow (or rather, a few hours from now!). And the joy that awaits as we open gifts, eat god food , and enjoy the peace that comes from spending time together.

I was so freakin' tired last nite...I could hardly see what I was typing! And I do suppose that I've had some 'god' food this morning (some amazing dark chocolate from my John) and will have some more divine eating later today!

good dark chocolate is god food. mmm, i love my dark chocolate. i'll have to share the recipe for chocolat chaud from the paris sweets cookbook i got for christmas--it uses 80% cocoa chocolate. yummy. perfect with toasted challah bread or brioche for dipping.
