Twenty-six years ago I lost my right leg to bone cancer. Awhile ago I had an antibiotic-resistant infection in my lower left leg, and now I'm healing from surgery and feeling better every day.
I like gardening, making history, outrigger canoeing, trying new things, and my afternoon cup of tea.

I'm a big fan of the Dresden Dolls. Their latest album gets even better. For those of us who don't always feel like they fit the mold, Dresden Dolls certainly resonate.
Just bought the latest album on half.com. Yay for good music that doesn't fit the mold! :)
I love the Dresden dolls. What is better than angry females in the style of a sort of rock cabaret? I have so much fun when I listen to them. I hope you enjoy.
