Had a few friends over this weekend and one brought a plate of chocolate covered strawberries. Yum!

Twenty-six years ago I lost my right leg to bone cancer. Awhile ago I had an antibiotic-resistant infection in my lower left leg, and now I'm healing from surgery and feeling better every day.
I like gardening, making history, outrigger canoeing, trying new things, and my afternoon cup of tea.

Did you take that picture? Very cool. How many megapixels is your camera? I need to experiment with up-close pictures on my own camera and see if I could get that kind of quality.
On a side note, you now have me craving chocolate at 9:10 am. Thanks a lot! :-)
That plate that I brougnht home with me was gone within 5 mintues of me putting it down on the dining room table. So I guess my roommates and friends were really stoked that you insisted I bring some home. = )
Yes, I took the photo myself with our humble little camera. I think it's 5 megapixels, but I'll have to check for sure. I use the macro setting for closeups like this one (you can see more of my close-ups if you click on the photo and look at my flickr page).
Bonny: We all fought over the ones that I took for our family--I probably should've kept them all, but I was trying not to be selfish! What a treat!
