This week at the class formerly-known-as-Institute, I led a discussion about prayer and fasting. I gained much insight from my class members and I felt spiritually fed in the process. My Friend John-with-an-h attended the class and has written about about his experiences here and here. Another attendee, JourneyGal, shared her thoughts about the class here.
