I want one of those avocado and bell pepper sandwiches. (Are they hot, with melty cheese on them?)

Can you do the wave with your eyebrows both directions, or just one way?

Darlene:
Yep, I'll make you one if you come over and I'll add a slice of havarti cheese on top of yours :)

I can do the wave in both directions. I'm talented that way...

Jana,

I dare you to try my favorite: Orowheat wheatberry toast, ripe avocado thickly spread over it, and drizzled with clover honey. To die for!

Wow, that's a mouthful! :-)

Rich: I don't have any orowheat bread handy, but I will try the avo-honey combo for lunch and let you know what I think :)

Darvell: Yah, probably a weird way to describe my religious leanings. I am drawn to the quaker practices of meditation, pacifism and plainspeaking. The pagan part comes from my worship of nature--nothing makes me feel more godly and divine than sitting in a garden, contemplating an an aged tree, or eating sun-warmed fruit. :)

Wow, that's exactly how I feel too! Much more profoundly stated than I could. May I quote you?

Rich: Of course you can quote me! Anytime :)
