history cheater

I am so thinking that I need to buy this tee to wear on Exam days. I think my students would get a kick out of it! I just wish it came in a tee made of organic cotton...

That is incredibly cool.

Kind of reminds me of an old teacher of mine...I took physical anthropology, California Indians, and psychophysiology from him.

He allowed his students to bring one 3-by-5 index card with writing on both sides to exams as a cheat sheet. Well, I got red, blue, and black fine-tipped pens and made elaborate, color-coded notes as small as I could write them. Amused him to no end, but I don't think he believed I could really read them, the writing was so small.

And the really cool thing? After taking the time to make a card for each exam, I rarely had to refer to any of them because making the things helped me learn the information so well. Which, of course, was his whole goal. :)
